Another question...hehehe...or should I say 2:

* When you fold up your bed ends, do you leave the bedding on?

* When I replaced all my LED lights I had trouble doing the outside light, so gave up. To make matters worse, it has now blown. Is there a secret to getting the fitting off to replace with an LED?

G'day Tracy, yes, we leave our bedding on including the eggshell foam and have no problems closing the bed.

same, we leave our sheets and eggshell on but take off the doona..

View attachment 13251 The light's a real b****r to get off. There are two little clip bits to press in on each side and clear cover comes off. Then you can unscrew rest and slice thru the silicone. I actually replaced mine with complete LED unit when I wired in my strip lighting. Extra pair of hands comes in handy, especially when up a ladder.

No problems for me and mrs Holden closing up the bed with eggshell and sheets still on, the boss removes the doona though. HM

Yeah same here leave eggshell and sheet on put doona on the dinette.

We have a sheepskin underlay that we leave on.

we leave woollen underlay on with sheet and closes with room to spare quilt goes down in storage compartment at rear

Yep, egg shell and sheets stay on ours as well. My wife is inside the van and she pulls the canvas in as I'm lifting it up...we find that helps (I'm not exactly sure what she does, but it helps!!! )
