17' Series Bed problem

Has anyone had a problem with there bed, the white metal part that goes all around the bed has pulled away, not to impressed

Also assuming it's ok to keep sleeping in it in the meantime?

I haven't see that before, I think it also holds the canvas in?

Have you tried knocking it back up with your hand?

Will check ours tomorrow, but don't recall it coming away. We do have our curtain track falling off. I've used double sided tough tape to hold it up until it goes in for a service

That,s odd because we have 17 screws securing our because I counted them.

I know what you mean (seems like theres more of the tiny things). But they pull out really easily. My 8 yr old sat on the bed and his bum went onto the curtain that wasn't tied back and the track behind the tv came out, screws and all. Tried screwing them back in, but they just keep coming back out. I did think they would have been longer, but they are very short.
