Starcraft awning lengh

Just a quicky, can any 17.58-3 owners tell me what the lengh of the awning os please

do you mean from front to back, we loosely measured ours last week, it was 4.5m from the front arm the back arm (inside measurement).

We were looking at getting a privacy shade for ours.

Go to caravansplus web site, they have a run down on how to measure awnings so you get the proper sizing for walls etc.

He's talking about a real sized van @davemc not a 17" model............." equals an inch.

Then best to wait as brand of awning will determine measure system to get the size for other bits...........ie; Carefree awnings are measured from centre of one arm to centre of the other not the width of the actual material.....in process of getting a new one so did awning sizing 101 just recently.

Never buy anything for your van until you actually have it in hand as what will fit the blokes down the road may not fit yours even though the look the same.................little things may change from month to month in a build.

Just taken delivery of our 17-58.1 and measured the Carefree awning. Barrel length 438cm. Centre arm to centre arm 450cm
