Do you mean wdh or a sway brake?i have a 17-56-1 and pull it with a triton and use a hayman reese wdh it is good takes a lot of the pitchiness out of it and firms it up nicely.

we use wdh on our 16.49-1 panda and it levels up nicely and real difference with towing , nice steady load behind and great steerage as keeps weight of front of vehicle

I have just put Poly Air airbags in the back of our 150 prado and made the whole car sit nice and square with only 10psi in them. Made a heck of a lot of difference but wondering now if i need the WDH.

Yep, Hayman Reece WDH for us too. Not only is it better for driver, but as a passenger makes any travels far more comfortable and pleasant too. Thumbs up from me.

IMHO an Anti Sway bar is not really required on a tandem axle van. They tend to track pretty well, even with outside influences, like a passing truck or crosswinds.
A WDH on the other hand is a very valuable asset to have when towing.
