Terry certainly does love a chat but truely a top bloke.I second what @JOBSWAN said about Australiwide Annexes. Just hope you have time to spare if Terry comes out to measure up.... He loves to "Have a Chat"
We had to change our fridge over we have 12/240 fridge now. Maybe see if the skirt can be made out of a breathable fabric of some kind. Have a chat to Terry and see if he can help you out.

My parents just got a porch for there annexe think it was around $350 extra. Lot of $$$. Considering you can buy a oz trail gazebo on special for $199
We have a Marquee Easy Up Gazebo from Bunnings.... Same size and style as the Oztrail one. Cost us $99 on special (Think they are approximately $130 normally). Oztrail walls fit almost puperfect but need some velcro added to the top. Pics must be on the laptop so will post tomorrow if you want
Very tempted to call him to see if they can do an "add a room" for the rear of the annexe or a "verandah" for the front but I think Mrs Dagree has house renovation plans this year

Bloody beautiful @dagree . Hasn't dropped below 35c for 12 days and the last two were stinkers. Couldn't venture outside the van yesterday but thankfully the aircon has worked a treat. We head home on Saturday and begin the massive unpack and clean everything. Never realised how much sand four kids could unload from their bathers each day!
