annexe and mat question.

What do folks do with their floor mat when installing annexe? Put mat down first or annexe first and then fold mat to size to make it fit in the annexe. I have seen some, where the mat is down first then the annexe on top, but the pegs must be going thru the mat I presume?

@maccayak We do the annexe first them floor (tarp) last. That way no need to nail through matting and when it rains water runs underneath, nothing gets wet, all good. Pace.

@Pace. We are doing a trial run on the front lawn. That's what we have done. Have you cut your floor (tarp) to size or do you just fold it.

We have an oversized Matt which we put down first and fold to fit annex except door area we leave that outside the annex which traps the dirt before we go into the annex ,works for us

We do the annexe first as well , and fold the matting then put the interlocking foam tiles over the top.

We've always done the annexe first and then folded the tarp to fit, just got the wizz bang matting with the new van though and am assuming will be same procedure, off to Tocumwal tomorrow so will find out I guess.
