I know there has been discussion about these adapters on this forum before. Which one do I need for my '11 van....the RV-01 or the RV-02 which has a RCD built in? I am electrically-challenged!:help:

You would need RV-01 (the red one).
It has overload protection, and as it connects through your vans normal 15amp input, your vans RCD will look after the RCD issue.

I have one of the original ones square grey box with the leads out each end so the actual plug isn't protect from the weather, the new one are much better design, as for which one :noidea:
Thanks BoD.....I wasn't sure about the functionality of the vans RCD........sounds like it eliminates the need to have the RV-02!
