Airlock in water

Hi all,
having problems with water spurtin and spluttering in sink of our new 17.55.5.
read somewhere some one had same problem, can someone help me or direct me to thread on how to solve this problem

Gboni had this problem in ours when it was new try pumping your hand pump to pull some water through and then test again. If not put your thumb over the hand pump outlet and turn the water on your main tap and see if that primes the line. And again if this doesn't woryo try and get access to the piping under your sink and there should be a check valve there and make sure it is working. Thanks.

Hi Geoff,

Are you using mains water or running pump, if the pump ensure the tap for the tanks is in the right position and able water in the tank. the tanks tap is under the right side of the van on chassis rail, usually just in front of the wheels.
If using mains and you have tap on drawer bar turn it on as well as the sink. turn the mains on slowly till the drawbar tap has a steady flow shut it off then do the same with the sink.

thx for that bushman, will investigate that tomorrow. (Ive tried both watersupplies, sink seems to be flowing better but basin still spluttering)
