Adjust suburban hot water system

Hi guys and gals, does anyone know if the suburban gas/240v suburban SW6DEA HWS is adjustable? My hot water is barely hot enough to wash dishes with and no, it's not the tempering valve. When I pull the PTR valve I can comfortably hold my hand in the water that ensues.

Hi , I heard this can occur if you have a shower & you shut it off on the shower head but leave the taps slightly open.
This bridges the hot water & cold water & the HWS has to try heat both hot & cold water tanks.. Maybe worth checking..

Sometimes also air in the line, try running the sink tap while the shower is running.
