2013 Work n Play 17.51-2 OB

[Meanderthals]

Was sent a number of pictures by a Dealer as start of trying to buy a 17.51-2 OB and thought they might be of interest here. Still trying to nail down final standard specs, options and prices but looking at making deposit to secure one from the June run very shortly. Have been given free rein by Management on options, so far.

nice!! Im glad I picked the Basestation, don't want to be eating dinner off the kids beds. But liking the black!!

We liked the bunks in the Basestation but was told you can't option them on a WnP but anyway it's too large for us. The other thing with the bunks folding upwards was that you loose the overhead storage which is in short supply with the WnP. Although there's only the 2 of us (plus the 4 legged kid) we have a few ideas for the rear. One is to make a set of bunks for one side that the top one folds down to form backrest for bottom to be a seat and dice the wedge shaped cushions. Bunks for Southern touring, Expanda for North. On the other side we would have a couple of reclining arm chairs and fold out table. Still would be able to carry bikes. This Forum is so full of ideas that I might be modding for some time.
