Can someone enlighten me, am I obliged to return my van to the dealer it was purchased from for its 1st service or can it go to any Jayco dealer.
Its just that the dealer it came from is 300 Klm and the nearest is local Jayco dealer is 120klm.

Any dealer should be ok i would think and dont let them tell you that you void your warranty if you dont do the first service, its rubbish and against the law!!

I am getting mine service by a Jayco service agent 10km from home and they are able to fix the few things under warranty as well.

Any dealer is fine. I rang my closest (not where I bought it) and they referred me to a service agent. They basically said "dont bother brining it to us as we'll send it down the road to him anyway. Just deal with him direct"
They are a funny beast
