Had some fix ups completed today under warranty for our new 17.56-1 Expanda. One of the things on our list was to fix/correct the drop on the inner section of the front bed innerspring mattress. We were told nothing could be done about this but there is alot of back and forth between the dealer and Jayco to fix the problem which has been brought up several times. One suggestion the guy in the service department gave us was to have a piece of eggshell foam cut the size of the section (500mm by 1850mm) to lift this section up and this would improve the feel considerably.
Has anyone else had a similar experience and used something to fix this issue? If so, what was the thickness of the foam and was it just ordinary foam or the eggshell foam?
