16' Series 16.49-1 Gas Bayonet fitting

Hi all,

I'd like to fit a bayonet gas fitting somewhere on the van to connect an external BBQ. Wonder how everyone else has done this. I've just recently bought a 2010 16.49-1 and it does not have a connection. I'm thinking that this would save me having to stow an extra gas bottle for my BBQ.

Can you please post some pictures along with details?

THe best and LEGAL way to do it is to get a gas fitter to install one.
We had ours done during assembly and it sits on the inside of the draw bar, near the front underside of the van. Others have two installed.

But it needs to be recetrified, so get a gas fitter to do it.
