replacing globes with LED's

Firstly, not sure if these are LED's already. I am in the process of ordering LED replacement's. Does anyone know if these are LED or how to pull the globes out. My van seems to have a mix of LED and globes.

Sorry macca I'm not sure how to pull the globes out, i gave up pretty soon after trying on this light. However, as the light that is coming out of mine is white and not yellow i just made an assumption that it was already LED. And then i figured that well if i left one in the van that isn't LED its not going to eat too much power. I will follow with interest to see how people say to get the globe out.

Antman, I thought the same, it did look very white like an LED. I did not want to re invent the wheel so I will see what others say. Thanks.

Looks the same as what we had in our 2011 Expanda - yes - LED

Yes that one is a LED already

Put your finger on it. If it burns it is not LED. I changed mine as I was sick of touching a red hot globe. You have to unscrew that downlight from the roof to get at the globe.

I also think you can buy that whole assembly with led incorporated and at not a bad price too

Yep those are LED in my Panda @macca

Paid about $3.50 each for downlight LED globes on Ebay, warm or white. Probably cheaper now.

Hi @macca it's a Narva light, it could be either, I've just ordered an LED one, Narva Part No. 87654 (LED), or Part No. 87650 for halogen dichroic.

I changed the globes in these to led in our last van but can't remember exactly how they come apart now......but I do remember thinking I was going to break them
