On closer inspection, that isn't a drp down table, it's a storage boot door with a chain to keep it propped at 90 deg.
Even if it's not for a bar, it's a great use of the boot door!

At St George QLD a few weeks ago, bloke nxt to us had done same thing to the hatch on his Hawk camper,not as fancy as that though.
