Amazing little van, Expanda outback with it all and only selling due to needing something bigger. It has been perfect for myself and my wife and our 1 year old, dining table easily removes to fit his porta cot. When i bought this van 3 years ago it had never even had the water tanks filled and only been to caravan parks. It was bog stock. Since then i have added a new AGM battery, 400w of solar on the roof with MPPT controller, Truma ultra rapid gas hot water system (professionally installed by licenced gas fitter), all LED lighting through inside and outside, external shower box for showers, 12v pump plumbing to sink (hot water in sink as well) and to external shower. Dinette seats inside re-upholstered to modernise, all new curtains inside.
Van has full external annexe which has only been used handful of times in its life. Will throw in sunshade walls as well for awning, Joolca external shower ensuite/toilet tent. Has 90L three way gas, 12v and 240v fridge which actually works awesome, Herron 2.2 air conditioner. 2 x 90L water tanks (180L total). Comes with digital TV aerial, TV points installed as well.
100% setup for off grid free camping. Price is firm, this thing has thousands and thousand of dollars in extras and it in great condition.
Just had new hubs, wheel bearings, brakes and handbrake replaced in a service costing $1,000 and can show receipts from Caravans Xpress at Brendale, QLD.
I have gone from touring setups in cars, swags, camper trailers to this awesome and quick setup you won't regret. Massive inside with so much bench space when bed folds out the back.

Excellent condition all round, usual marks of wear and tear but excellent example.
Height when roof is closed is 2.3m. Width is 2.35m including Awning legs that pertrude a little off the van and length from drawbar to back is 5.2m including pole carrier at the back the pertrudes a little.
