No. Can’t turn them off at all without reprogramming the reciever
i would try to isolate whether you have two faulty switches or an issue with the receiver. Transpose a known working switch with one of the switches that turns itself on, if the problem on the particular circuit goes away or follows the switch, then you have a faulty switch. PS You will have to reprogram the channels.
Hope that makes sense.

If the green light stays on on the mai sphere unit, the relay is stuffed in the unit and the unit needs to be replaced. I had the problem in my new starcraft and they said its the relay in the unit and replaced it. If the switches on the walls do not turn the sphere units on and off, check that the batteries in the wall switches are not flat. Each wall switch takes 2 x 3032 batteries.

I hope this helps

Greg

Switch’s take 2x CR2032 not 3032s

Hi all, I have replaced the batteries in the switches, and cleared the program 8n all of the lights and reprogrammed them all. They worked perfectly. Left it for a few days and, on came the strip light above the sink, again....
this is the same one that has played up before. Would this be a dodgy receiver box ???? It is only ever this one that plays up. Can’t turn it off with the switch. I had to push the button on the receiver to shut it off.

Cheers

Try transposing with switch with another switch in the van and see if the problem follows the switch or stays with the circuit.

Our lights are not working, we have a 2018 Jayco Silverline 21", I have contacted our Jayco service center but they are unable to tell me where to find the receiver for the lights without me taking it in. They are far from me. Does anyone know where to find this unit as we have searched high and low. The only place we can think is in the console where the radios is but don't know how to remove the cover.

Go out at night when it's quiet. Press the on and off button to any light a few times you should hear the relays in the control box clicking. Follow your ears. The noise is from the controller.

Or you can follow the wires from the lights themselves as the lights aren't actually wireless. Just the button part is :) being Jayco I would think it's going to be close to all the other 12v electrics in the van.

Thanks, I can hear where it is coming from but am unable to see the device as it is behind the electronic equipment box. Jayco told me to look in overhead cupboards as it is visible. Just received response from Jayco and we are unable to do this ourselves has to go back to Jayco>:(

This is what you are looking for, the black box at the top of the pictures.
We have two in our silverline in two different cupboards.
Good hunting

In that case I'd ask for the box to be moved out from somewhere you can't get to and put in a user accessible location
