Hi all,
I just had this light come on
and am a bit confused (yes, it is off now).
If i am understanding the instructions properly, it may have been a problem as we are operating on 240v, but also have the gas turned on so we can cook on the weber and use the hotplates in the van - the unit is trying to heat with both electricity and gas.
I have turned the gas off at the bottle, turned the HWS off at both outside panel and inside for a few minutes and turned it back on again and it seems to be ok.
A couple of qu's:
- is my assertion above correct that the unit will try to heat using both 240v and gas if they are both available?
- if that is the case, where is the gas shut off valve so that we can keep gas running to the rest of the caravan but not to the HWS?
- is the light just indicating that the unit "high temperature limit cut off device" has shut it down (per the instruction manual?
- in the picture below, on the black panel which is the reset button (left or right?) as neither of them felt very "buttonish?
Any help gratefully received from those more knowledgeable than us newbies!!
Cheers, Jemmo
