Will let you know how it looks. I think it was the cheapest and includes the ducting, but the advert was a bit confusing. $550 AU including delivery.

In regards to people saying that the fuel pump 'ticks' is that only an issue if you have the fuel pump mounted inside the van?
Was going to mount the unit under the lounge. Is it necessary to have a duct to suck the air in? Or would that area be too airtight.
Your kit comes with the tank stand pipe which is good, the Eberspaecher stand pipe must be gold plated. One of the vents in the Aliexpress pic is the return air inlet. My heater is mounted under rear seat of the club lounge. I initially ran the heater without a return inlet and it ran fine, but because I didn't want to throw out the return vent I ended up putting it in out of the way at the other end of the club lounge. Ive checked it with a tissue, no air is being drawn through it.
The pump usually mounts under the van because it has to angle upwards, and the fuel line plugs into the bottom of the heater under the floor. The pump has a rubber mount which helps to deaden the sound. Pump tick whingers must be very very very sensitive .... because its not loud. The Eberspaecher rubber mount is pretty good at absorbing the tick; worst case you get one of those as a spare part if yours isn't as effective.
I have the pump mounted on the large front main cross member of the chassis, which is virtually directly under our fold out bed. I can hear it if I make an effort to listen, but its no bother to me. The Princess (Mrs Crusty) is a light sleeper (and a active and vocal critic. Ha) so if it was annoying I would have been well and truly advised by now.
