Things just get better :)

@Bluey if it's the EBRH-ACC model it'll be OK.... Here's a PDF File linked from the ALKO site confirming dates and how to check to see if yours is suitable.

is the winch cable or rope @Bluey ?????
if its cable
have a look on fleabay for some Dyneema Rope - mucho betterer

steel weighs about 15-30Kgs
Rope is about 5-8kgs

less weight on the front
just as strong - if not stronger
less chance of damage if something goes pear shaped
no slicing of fingers on strands of cable............

also, down the track, you can get your elecktrickian to fit in cab controls for the winch

makes it easier when stuck, only 1 person has to get muddy

And the key words "in cab controls" means it's not the driver?

someone has to be the driver

and someone has to get muddy

you win some
you loose some

swings and roundabouts @peterg
