that was mostly yesterday the black clouds were out over my place
some kind sole explained what I was doing wrong with the fitting today

oh well, tomorrow is another day, and I will be attaching my front box..............
I only got 2 medium Vents, and 1 small one, so I am thinking
1 medium on the outside corner
1 medium on the back corner
small one on the opposite side to the Gas Bottle

I am thinking (dangerous.............)
double sided tape & pop rivets
but
with fly screen underneath - to "limit" the amount of dust and crap that "may" get in.........

I like your idea of a "drain" hole in the bottom...... maybe look at that at the time.....

Location sounds good and make sure they are down low (But I'm sure you knew LPG is heavier than air 8-) )
Didn't use the double sided tape but did silastic around the edges before riveting on.

Also thought about the flyscreen.. After the job was finished HAHAHAHA

right-oh, a couple of pic's, and explanations..........
when fitting your bed fly - be aware that being made to a price has its disadvantages, namely, the sticking on the cord at the top
my cords were obviously an inch short, so they "scrunched" up the ends to sew them "at the ends"
IMAG0695.jpg
also the "press studs" did not line up with what was there............:(
which, makes them too short..... and I thought they were the wrong ones at best, or crap to have spent my money on......

so after annoying @dagree and finding out that they dont use the same press studs as per your "privacy screens"
and the ones they provide are to be used.......
Bed End 010.jpg
got that bit sorted - finally

thats when I found out the "cord" was sewn wrong

anyway,
got that bit sorted (sort of), so the new Bed End Flys are in place........
as I said, not sure if I am happy with them or not
stayed away from the Van all day today, so I didnt get urinated off with them.....

as @dagree hinted, maybe mine were the last ones made on a Friday afternoon, just before "knock off".......
either that, or they were made by someone trying to train, an un-trainable African Baboon

last, but by no means the least I brought at Jayco

IMAG0705.jpg

that leveler that I had seen on Jayco's Faceache page.........

I am impressed, dont have to carry those plastic wedges,
and do the fine balancing act trying to get the Car and Van to stop and stay on top of them......
when at setup time.........

they were $159.00
but with my "discount" they ended up at $143.10

a toy that if I ever need, will be put to use (I have been carrying those other wedge blocks for 5 yrs and never used them..........)
