Just wondering if anyone has successfully (or not) completed the Yardie Creek crossing WA pulling an outback expanda. We have a 17.56-1, towing with a diesel Pajero. We have heard lots of differing opinions but would love to hear from anyone that has done it. Any advise is appreciated.

Hi Kimlouise
I think a lot depends on how much water is running over it at the time, here is a pic of us crossing at low tide in July 2007 (Without Van) and it was like splashing in a puddle but I have heard of it being quite full even at low tide We were camped at Ningaloo Station and the station owners can usually let you know if it's crossable or not RIMG2525.jpg

Hi Kimlouise,
No we didnt take the expanda across we weren't sure what the road was like between Yardie Creek and Coral Bay so took the long way around back past Exmouth. You will have to let us know what it was like if you ended up going down that track.
Cheers James
