WTB Annexe for 5m awning, full height (can be shorter)

After a annexe for a 20.64-1 OB, 5m awning and can be shorter as would just get a filler panel made.

Located Sydney woudl be best but happy to travel.

Well have bought one from ebay for $1000, thanks all
