I have a set of wheels in my garage I want to try and put on my Swan, can anybody tell how much gap there is between the current wheels and the body of the Van?

May be a photo or 2 underneath would be great.

Thanks

the wheels you have - are they Van wheels or 4wd wheels?????

because most 4wd wheels have an off set.......... how far out from the centre of the rim

if they are Van wheels (Jayco) they will fit no problems

I swapped my 15" wheels on my old 14.44.3 for a set of ROH steel jobs, in theory because of the offset they shouldn't have fitted but they did. First I measured the offset by the rule over the rim and measured to the inside flange, measured from chassis to hub flange it showed I should have a good 25mm or so of room, so I threw them on and all was good with clearance of chassis and wheel arch. Went from 5" to 7 " rims but then 9" may be pushing it.
