Chassis Welding on the Van

Hi All,

Are the Van's negative earthed and therefore do you need to disconnect the battery when welding onto the chassis.

Don't just switch off the breaker switch either, unplug everything to be safer, it is Jayco wiring.

Yes disconnect battery and keep welder earth lead as close as possible to welding point.
