Have been finding on occasions when hose is connected it is filling water tanks and causing them to overflow out filling points. Have starcraft 20.62 2015 model.

Welcome Starcraft.
NRV (Non Return Valve) may be hard to locate. If you can't, then you may be able to cut pump supply pipe and insert a new one on the water tank side of the pump.

@Glen Bundesen is right on some pumps the NRV is inside while others its actually where the line hooks up, being a lazy type I would just cut the supply line from tank to pump near the pump and insert a Guest NRV.................this assumes that when your using tank water, the lines stay under pressure where the pump shuts just after you turn the tap off. (tanks full)

Good info on pumps......... https://www.caravansplus.com.au/guides/pumps-accumulators-filters-explained-a-40.html

PS: Try back flushes of the lines and fittings at pump, could be a bit of plastic drill swirl gumming things up, doesn't need heaps of pressure though.

This is a John Guest NRV ( Non return Valve or Check valve) it allows flow in one direction, they are about $25 from most Caravan Parts places, they are push on type, to fit you push the line as far in as it will go then pull back and it should lock in, the line must be cut square with no dags , I have added a link which will describe it all to you........

It is the most common fitting brand on vans, fitting one between tank and pump will ensure water won''t bleed into the tanks and carrying a spare joiner and a bit of pipe can be handy.
