Hi Guys

First time for me to post anything really.

But we just come back from our second trip.

We had Pork, Lamb, Beef and Pork Belly not to forget the veggies.

Their was three Q100 and one Q200 one is out of shot.

I was a little worried about the heat from the Q100 for the Pork Crackle but man we'll salted all I can say Perfect !

Regards

Yum

How did the pork belly go?? How did u prep it and cook it??

Thanks for asking. I would say we have to work on this one. We put it in a ally tray but it did crisp the bottom a little to much for some. Next time I will try the trivet and ally foil underneath.

Regards

image.jpg They really are the weapon of choice aren't they!
And the convection trays are heaps easier than the foil!image.jpg
I did the pork, turkey and chicken on Christmas eave and the crackling was unreal.
Did you know you can even do party pies and sausage rolls in them!
The trivet is the answer.
