20' Series The hunt begins!!

Hello all, I'm new to this forum.

I am looking for either an expanda OB 18 or 20. We have 3 small kids so want triple bunks and separate shower/toilet. Just wondering if any might be coming up for sale as they seem to be as rare as hens teeth!!! I saw a 2yo 20' OB posted for sale on gumtree for $46'600 with lots of extras and it went in a couple of days... I guess that's a good price?

My budget is $45k and want something by Easter. I may sell it after a big trip next year so want something that holds value well. Any advice would be great... If buying privately, how do you avoid dangers (money owing, stolen etc) - only been resident a couple of years so not sure how things are done here.

Welcome.. Have a look around all the for sale sites ebay, caravanandcamping, gumtree and tradingpost
Also do a few google searches.

At this time of year I start look at Jayco dealerships see if they have any floor stock as you might only pay a little more for 2015 plated.
