my 16.49.1 is a 2013 vintage, and there does not seem to be a lot of the problems that the later Vans seem to have

Hi Nat,
I'm brand new to this forum and haven't gone in to introduce myself yet.
However I saw your post and wanted to respond.
We purchased the exact same 2013 model late last year. It had not had much use from the previous owner so was in immaculate condition.
In the last 5 months we have used it in a variety of c/van parks and bush free camping.
We came from a Jayco Hawk camper. So far we absolutely love this van. It has not failed us in any way. The only extras I have fitted are L.E.D.strips lights in the pantry cupboard and under the sink as it is very dark to see anything there.
The original owner did say he had a few warranty issues fixed by Jayco but since the all good.
