Hi there, what size steel did you use for the rear bar and dose it support your bike rack well??
Cheers James.

Hi James
100 x 50 x 3mm wall two main braces run approx. 1200 long parallel bolted to chassis and the third leg in the centre picks up a brace in the floor of the van
Yes supports it well
I tested it once my welder had finished and stood toward the rear of the ISI rack and bounced up and down
Cheers Michael

MY LIKE those shelves @mikerosenkids - were they standard, or you did them
are they permanently there, or take down when dropping the lid.........
Hi bigcol
Had them made by a kitchen guy
Have to remove them before packing up but it’s the first thing I put up after the lid
Throw our bag of clothes up out of the way
In the corner above the overhead cupboards I have mounted a stainless steel hook then I have fed some bungee cord from the two front corners of my shelf through a hole in the back corner of shelf to stop if falling off the small ledge it sits on
Cheers Michael
Hope my description helps
