Interesting event when you free-camp In the middle of nowhere...I suppose you push it in with your bullbar with a few pillows between. Jayco structural integrity is definitely going to cope with that.

@Bellbirdweb Have you worked out which wires you have to put a switch on to allow the slide to go out so the kids can have ablutions without disconnecting the entire 7/12 pin from the car?

@Dean Anderson why do you need to disconnect the plug from the car ?

I just press the button

Mine doesn't work with the car plugged in either.

I have the new power supply (J35) and it has a input from the power hookup off the car - when plugged in it disables the slide out.

I kinda like it as a safety feature so I haven't unplugged it. But on my car hookup I've got constant power from the battery so am thinking of changing this to switched power instead via a relay so that when the engine isn't running the slide out will operate.

Not sure that it's really necessary to have it disabled like that.

If I had it I would certainly have disabled it by now, as we frequently jump in the back at stops on the side of the rd and toilet stops.
