Hi All,
Just contemplating at this stage the benefit and feasibility of retro fitting shock absorbers to my tourer underslung solid dual axle Basestation.
If anyone is in their shed tomorrow and could take a photo or 2 of the shock absorbers (and more importantly their fitting) on the solid axle Outback models that would be appreciated.
Not expecting to hear from anyone else who has done similar but you never know - maybe someone has done this already, or at least investigated doing so and has a tale to tell.

Sounds like what I was hoping to hear. Did you make the brackets yourself or can you give any detail on the brackets, mounting, shocks fitted etc?
We bought ours with the underslung axle from Jayco but still would like to add the shocks.

You can buy the brackets from most quality trailer suppliers. I had mine done professionally as l didn't have a suitable wok area to tackle it myself.
