Exterior Retrofit storm covers to 2011 Expanda

Hi all.
Long time lurker, first time poster.
Just want to know if anyone has details on how to retrofit current model storm covers to a 2011?

Looking at these:

There is a note it's doable, but no details.

I imagine there would be some fluffing around with sail track and press stud fitment, but wanted to see if someone has done this and can share what was involved.

I looked into purchasing the same and emailed the store. They sent me a lot of good info for my 2013 model. I didn't end up buying them, but they were quite helpful.
