Exterior Replace water filler inlet door

Hello all.
Has anyone managed to replace this door on their Jayco?

I cant work out how to get the two end hinge end lugs into the door channel without taking the whole cassette out of the van.
Any suggestions?

I just replaced the whole unit but I think the hinge pin pulls out but you have to unscrew the whole thing to get behind it, maybe someone else knows for sure

Hi,

Just listed these on EBAY as an alternative to pulling the whole door and unit off. Handy if don't plug your hose in of the mains. Use as a repair on the road and then replace the whole thing when you sell. They will continually bust as its a living hinge on the original.
