Interior Problems with Truma Aventa not cooling

Hi all.
Currently out camping (caravan park) and air conditioner (Truma Aventa on outback 17.56-2 2015 Model) is not cooling down (or heating).
The system is running but I think the compressor is not running.
Does somebody know how to check/confirm.

Anyone had similar problem.
How to fix it?

I think the adventa will go down as the Delorean of ACs

Check the controls throughly because dometic must also own shares in spec savers or opsm cause they insist on making the indications in the LCD micro size and impossible to read with the naked eye. Additionally you need to understand "A/C hieroglyphs" to know what setting is what. You may be on a fan only setting ?

Leave it running for a couple of hours and see if that fixes it.

make sure it is blowing hot air out the back on the roof......

I have the Truma, and never had a problem (touching wood as I type)
but I was told sometimes the filter / blower on the roof gets clogged (something like that)
