Hi. New member first Post. We have had our van since April and travelled the North NSW coast for 3 weeks. Had to return to Brisbane as the wife fell out of the van. Not used to the extra height and set up of the outback.

Mine almost did the same one night even with a plastic but now use one of these and haven't had an issue "yet"

Welcome to the forum @TheEddies. I hope your wife is OK. I have fallen off a van step, (not lately) and it is not nice, We have the Outback with the Jtech suspension and I feel a nosebleed coming on when I climb into the van but as suggested, an extra step is needed.

Hi @The Eddies . I hope your wife is ok. My eldest fell out of the van when the step was wet and slippery, so we got a step similar to what @dagree has shown and put a rubber stick on mat on the step. So far so good.
