Hi all, our 2015 20.64-1 has a stock Mach 8 air con that's worked fine for cooling so far but appears to not heat at all. We tried it on a mild morning today (18 inside and maybe 15 deg c outside) and it didn't get warm at all. Was definitely set to heating with a set point of 24 then 28, left for 15mins with no change.
Any common problems or troubleshooting I can do before I take it in to get fixed?
