Park is located approx. 2 km South of the town centre opposite large Caltex Roadhouse and is quite peaceful, though this park is more designed/suited for the overnight stop overs than a stay while parked, The drive through site are cramped but allow you to stayed hitched up, they are concrete however you step onto grass (or slop at the time of our visit). they do have grass "Stay a While sites" however at time of our visit they were not being used as it was to wet.
Amenities are adequate clean and tidy.

If your in the area for a few days especially in warmer months with kids Lake Talbot Tourist park in town is bigger and has the public pools and waterslide next door.
