Ouch.....Mrs Pace had frozen shoulder and endured about 14 months of hardship with no real way for relief. As for the plantar fasciitis, eldest son had it in his early teens about 4 years ago, doing daily stretches before setting foot on ground from bed helped heaps. Good insoles asssit too.

Some - depending on what I am doing! We went away for 8 days and shoulder and foot were pretty good. However, yesterday, up on roof cleaning leaves plus pressure cleaning outdoor area for a few hours did me no favours. A couple more hours today to be ready for family gathering Saturday night...
