We collected the van in December 09 so its virtually new and you simply avoid the 4 month wait for one to built by Jayco and get a steal of a price
Get in quick this is an absolute steal we bought the van and added pretty much everything on the extras list to make a great van
Only one issue with the van is that there is a scratch on the checker plating on the offside rear, this is from my excellent reversing technique! Jayco advised its simple to replace as its just a little panel
Balance of 7 month Jayco warranty to buyer and 7 months registration
No finance owing on the RV we paid cash and all paper work can be provided (Owners manual, receipts etc)
No time wasters this a serious RV for serious bidders only

We paid 43k for the van and was given an rrp of 45k+ when we ordered the van looking for $39k or near offer. Again motivated to sell so don't be shy if you are interested as all serious offers will be considered.
