Hi there, we are selling our expanda to upsize ( growing kids). It has all the usual inclusions such as separate toilet and shower, air cond, rollout awning etc. The extras we have included are full canvas annexe with anti flap kit, external speakers, light and fold down table, bike rack for 4 bikes with clothes line attached, bed converter for dinette, canvas bed end cover,deep cycle battery.
