When connected to mains water, the pressure will drop to zero output intermittently at both the kitchen sink and shower. This can last for hours. I've checked the tap and hose which work well when not connected to the van. The pump water works. It then self corrects the situation when it wants. Any ideas of what the problem may be please, it is very frustrating. Thanks.

Do you have a water pump and if so does it do the same thing on the pump?

Hi, it happens to both hot and cold water. The water pump works ok when the mains won't work, I wouldn't say full pressure though. I went to a Jayco dealer today and bought a Filtamate Pressure Limiting Valve to change. So under the seat i went, pulled the black hose off, and could not unscrew the old valve unit ( i think i need someone on the outside holding it still so it doesn't turn). Not sure if the new one will fit anyway, it looks bigger so i'm not sure whether i should persevere and pull it through the wall.
