Put this on another post but thought it could be of use here too...
Quick one for the photos, two steps to getting them resized quickly and efficiently ready for upload...
1. Open them using Microsoft Office Picture Manager and select Resize from the Picture menu.

2. On the right hand side, select from the drop down box the preffered size and hit OK. Taking the photo to a 1024 x 768 will make the photo about 300kB, perfect for uploading with keeping the resolution that is needed to see detail. Otherwise if you need a bit more detail in the photo, take it 50% or similar.

Don't forget that if you want to keep the original photo the same, do a Save As otherwise you lose the original photo settings.
Also you can do a bulk export of many photos using the Export function from the File menu that can change the file size, folder location and file names to suit as well. Just select the options on the right hand side menu to manage your settings for your photos.

Any questions, please post me back. Only too happy to help...
Cheers!
