16' Series how much ?

Howdy all any one no what a 16/49-4 and a 16/49-3 are worth thinking of down sizing van from a 20/63-1 thanks everyone

Here's a start... We sold our 2008 (hardlid) 16.49-2 outback with hot water, inner springs and many mods for $32k about a year ago. I think I was asking $34 at the time. (Selling price is almost always different from asking price).

gi day , 16/49-1 2010 mod second hand 30,000 with full annexe ( never used ) and a few extras , 12 mths ago.

Hey Brotys, we paid $38,500 for our 20014 16-49-4 with outdoor shower and hot water service, wind up aerial and solar provision. Another option I asked for was to move microwave from above the fridge I got Jayco to build it in to shelf above the sink
And got Jayco to put cupboard door above fridge which is now our rather large pantry.

@brotys ... What year van are you looking at? Might help others to give an idea to help with a $ value!

One thing I would suggest if you get the outdoor shower, is to get an internal door fitted under the Queen bed
As the outdoor shower replaces the rear external hatch. That's a future mod that I'm working myself up to, the wife's not real keen on me cutting a hole in a perfectly good panel!!
