Located on the shore of the Hopkins River about 5-7 minutes out of Warrnambool, this is a really nice quite place to stay as it is no where near main roads.
This is a Big4 park, so has the kids well catered for - pool, mini-golf, tennis, jumping pillow, games room.
Easy walk to the river for a spot of fishing.
Most sites are lined on each side with mature shrubs/trees so there is some privacy.
Power, water and sullage easy to access.
Pet (dog) friendly - need to speak to mgt first. Dogs were on leads and very quiet!
Rates - we stayed on the Labour Day long weekend for $174 - powered site, 3 nights, 2 adults, 2 kids.
We had a site at the end of a road - bit of a squeeze getting the van in with the Land Cruiser, but just took our time and all parked ready for set up in a little over 5 minutes.
If you have forgotten anything, or just want a relaxing wander about, just 3 minutes up the road is Rays, BCF & Bunnings!
