Exterior external gas connector

Hello, this may sound stupid but first time I'm connecting to the external gas outlet & its got me stumped how it goes it..
1st pic is the outlet & 2nd is my weber hose...

You need a completely different gas hose. It is called a gas bayonet fitting any good bbq shop should have them or goggle gas bayonet fitting and you will see the difference in hoses

yep a bayonet fitting, we purchased one on ebay stainless steel mesh covered 3 mtrs long to keep BBQ away from van a bit so you don't get the fat splatter. i believe its a member on here that makes and sells them to suit webers. @Ligedy i think ?

Thanks all good now, went down to the camping store in eden & got a 3metre hose.. Weber is on right now cooking fish from this mornings catch.. Cheers
