I am wondering who to ring about having ESC installed on my Expanda, is this something Jayco (Brisbane Camperland) can do or do I contact an auto electrician?

They have to be certified to put ESC in according to AL-KO .. So I gather they do not just sell kits of the shelf.
There are a few around Brisbane apart from Camperland
