Electrical Drifter Panel Issue

Hey Guys

Only had the 17-58-3 for a month with 2 brief trips, our Drifter a Panel is now showing erratic power consumption figures. Power usage/amp readings are fluctuating between 2 amps-5 or 6 amps with only lights on or very little load and the time remaining battery lifeindicator jumps between only 3 or 4 hours or up to 180 ish available at current usage. It's fluctuating very quickly

Has anyone else had this issue, it's only just happened???

No haven't had an issue with mine.
Do you have your gas hotwater on? It can draw power as it does it thing, also when using the water pump.

Check your connections are all tight at the battery. Otherwise it's back to the Jayco stealer...I mean dealer.

Ours can also be a bit erratic as well, can read 199 hrs then as I roll out the slider it will drop to 80 hrs. I think it might be because it is working out your remaining power at the current power usage, because very soon after the slider is out it goes back up again.

Ours was doing that and I found that the water pump was still on (just) as soon as I flicked the water pump switch it was ok. So I adjusted the water pump pressure and all was well. Might also need a reset? (Power cycle)
