Hi All

For the October long weekend we stayed at Darlington Park. Cost was $8 per adult (normal weekend is $6) and kids 5 and under are free. Sites are first in first served grassed areas with no power and no water. Pretty standard for that price. :)

The caretakers live on site (its a council park) and they don't take anyones craps. IE no noise late at night etc. They provide a half barrel for a fire if you want to have one. These are dotted throughout the sites and they sell firewood if you don't have your own.

There are toilet on site but no showers however there is a beautiful creek if you feel the need. ;) Or just use your onboard water in your nice comfortable panda. :biggrin1:

There is also a kiosk onsite for any sort of need that you might have, i.e. 3pm ice cream :) Also near the kiosk they put out food for the birds in the afternoon and you get lorikeets, cockatoos and galah's come in for a feed- great for the kids.

I would highly recommend this park. Beautiful.

Thanks for the review Anthony. Have been looking at this park but couldn't find a huge amount about it online. Will have to check it out!
