FREE CAMP. Stayed for one night.
Water tanks, picnic tables. You can access power if needed. I believe the fee is only small - we didn't use it. You go to the pub to pay for the power. Pub is a short walk away. Some of the other visitors to the rest area went there for dinner. We thought we use the old bbq to cook dinner - roast corned beef. A good stopping place. There were about 5 other vans there when we went. Plenty of room for more vans. Saw people travelling with their pets. Nice place. There is water under the bridge, but you can't really swim there as there is no access points. Wouldn't drink out of the water tanks. By the looks of it, the water is pumped directly from the creek below (via a truck). Would stay again if passing through and needed a free night again.
